On this site you will find a lot of music and some information about me. I am a musician and sound engineer living and (mainly) working in Austria. My musical education started in my childhood with recorder and singing in different choirs at school. As a teenager i wanted to become a rockstar (of course ;) ) and i began practise on the electric guitar. Soon i started with my first band (some kind of punk - although it doesn't exist at this time) and we played a lot of gigs in and around Vienna.
Later i studied classical guitar at the Prayner Conservatory for Music and Dramatic Arts in Vienna. Since this time i love the acoustic guitar! After a long time working regulary as software developer, i removed from Vienna to the countryside of Austria. Here i started with making music on and with the computer and the equipment grows rapidly, so i decided to start building a studio and make all the equipment available to other musicians. I bought a lot of various mixing desks and ended up with 24 digital channels from Yamaha desks to record even more complex band setups.
Beside working with other bands i started some projects on my own - ie. the "Groove Experience Orchestra" (a funky session-project with up to 10 musicians) and "SonuSphaera" (an overtone project with my friend Sebastian Wegerbauer and also up to 10 musicians) and we played a lot of gigs on festivals and in churches.
During my traveling through India i learned to know the concept of indian classical music, started playing the Mohan Veena and met Stian and Moa from the "Poorva Express", with whom i did some gigs and recordings (which you can hear in my release "Breakfast In Varanasi".
For some years i also played the bass in the band of "Compagnie Aquanaut", an artistic project touring on the sailingship "Lovis" through Denmark, and we recorded our "greatest hits" in my studio.
After working 10 years in the studio i sold the farmhouse, removed for 2 years to the "Seedcamp" and then, with the crew of "Deep Space Zoon" (a 250m2 chillout-tent), to "Boellerbauer" (an event location in Haag). Here we organized the "Open Air Festival 2011" with "Goatika" and "Highlight Tribe" as main acts. I'm also playing as DJ or live-act on the chillout-floors of several trance-festivals (like the "Spiritbase Festival"). 2011 i signed a contract with "Synergetic Records" (a german trance-label) to release my chillout music.
Since 2012 i live near Amstetten and work as soundengineer with several formations (like "Say Yes & keep swinging") and in cooperation with the videocompany "web-trailer.at".
